Why am I not able to sign in?

  • Check that you are using the correct and valid mobile phone number or email address to sign in.
  • If you are signing in with a mobile phone number, check that the country code in front of your number is correct.
    Use the following format, for example +60 xxxxxxxx for Malaysian phone numbers.
  • If you have forgotten your password, enter your mobile phone number or email address and click on “Sign in”. If a Telenor ID exists, the password field will appear. Then click on the “Forgot password?” link found below the password field.
  • If you still can’t sign in, please contact Customer Support
