- On the sign-in screen, enter your mobile phone number or email address that is connected to your Telenor ID, then click on “Sign in”.
- If the Telenor ID exists, the password field will appear. If you forgot your password, just click on the “Forgot password?” link found below the password field.
- You will receive an SMS or email with a link to reset your password. Click on the link and set a new password.
