Whether you are a new or existing user, just look for our "Sign in with Telenor ID" buttons (shown below) in the service you are using and click it.
- Enter your mobile phone number or email address and click on “Sign in”. This lets us check if you already are a Telenor ID user.
- Depending on the service you are using, you may be asked to:
- Choose or enter your password
- Add an email address
- Verify that you are in possession of your mobile phone - to do this, we will send you an SMS with a verification code
If you were asked to enter an email address, we will send you a verification email. To increase the safety of your Telenor ID, verify your email address by clicking on the link in the verification email.
