Why haven’t I received the verification code?

This could be because of an invalid mobile phone number or a technical error. Please check these and then try again:

  • Verify that you have entered a mobile phone number which can receive SMS
  • Check that you are currently within network range
  • Check if the country code of your mobile phone number is correct. Use the following format, for example +60 xxxxxxxx for Malaysian phone numbers
  • Restart your phone

If you still don’t receive the verification code, please contact Customer Support.
